Bibo Machinery is a comprehensive service provider in the electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic fields, integrating equipment design, precision machining, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service.

• 2005 – Founded Shanghai Bokai Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd., distributing Rexroth, Parker, and other hydraulic components, with the philosophy: "Bokai Hydraulics – Your Drive & Control Company".

• 2007 – Partnered with Italy's Apassa and launched its own hydraulic brand "BOKAL".

• 2011 – Established Shanghai Bibo Machinery, developed the first APG automatic gelation equipment, and trademarked "BOKAL".

• 2013 – Started R&D on custom equipment: gas-hydraulic pump, servo press-fit machine, hydraulic marking machine.

• 2014 – Granted three patents (gas-hydraulic pump invention patent under publication); completed 8S implementation and factory relocation; the gas-hydraulic pump delivers significant energy savings in holding-pressure systems. Received National Innovation Fund and Shanghai Science Committee support.

• 2017 – Set up Shandong company as a major project base.

• 2023 – Expanded production in Shandong with a new R&D, manufacturing, and sales hub.
